Little Mittens Kitten Rescue is a 5013c non-profit organization that is dedicated to taking in cats and kittens and finding their forever homes.
With their logo design, we wanted something playful and light to reflect all of their resident felines. Below are the concept sketches and the color tests.
The rescue now features this design on their website, social media accounts and merchandise.
The Perinatal Community Health Work Program (PCHW) is a program within the KyMMM task force that is in place to improve access to healthcare for pregnant individuals.
With this design, it was important to both emphasize the program’s role in maternal health and make clear where it is located. To execute this, the logo features a mother and child being encircled by a horseshoe; an item indicative of the Kentuckian equestrian industry.
